Vacature: Consultant Commercial Excellence  

Do you have experience in organizational development, and wish to create real impact for our international customers together with a team of highly engaged colleagues? We are Motion5. We strengthen commercial thinking with a focus in the Healthcare market. We do that by bringing people into motion. We are looking for a Consultant Commercial Excellence to join our team.

You are passionate about creating results and believe in a collaborative approach in the execution of development and change. You love getting actively involved and combine your knowledge and analytical skills with soft skills. Your role will typically include:

  • Advising on and running commercial strategy projects with heavy engagement of stakeholders from c-suite level to commercial (middle) managers
  • Facilitating workshops to implement commercial excellence and create stakeholder buy-in
  • Taking full project management responsibility

Most of our customers are international healthcare companies (Pharma, MedTech etc.) with bold strategic ambitions. Below are some examples of common themes in our projects.

  • Building Strategic Networks Support organizations in developing and maintaining a network of strategic stakeholders.
  • Cultivating A Sales State of Mind Establish an effective commercial culture – assessment of desired future behaviors (incl. leadership).
  • Designing & Implementing Commercial Processes Implement a Strategic Account/ Opportunity Management process + skills in complex (matrix) organizations.
  • Developing Skills Development of the commercial capabilities of people with a commercial responsibility (product / sales / marketing).

About you

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience
  • Have the ability and the desire to execute impactful, international change programs
  • Have the ability to establish a strong partnership with customers at all organizational levels
  • Are able to scope and sell large, international projects
  • Fluent in verbal and written both English & Dutch (and preferably German)
